Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen peas, cooked
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 can bean sprouts, drained
  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced and sautéed
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can French fried onion rings

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, except the onion rings, and place in a buttered casserole dish.
  2. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  3. Cover with the French fried onion rings and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
