Pecan Breakfast Bread is a delightful sweet roll loaf with cinnamon, sugar, and crunchy pecans, perfect for breakfast or brunch gatherings with warm, comforting flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 count) cans crescent rolls
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Unroll the crescent rolls and lay them on wax paper.
  3. Spread each piece with softened butter; set aside.
  4. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and chopped nuts together.
  5. Sprinkle this mixture on each piece of dough.
  6. Roll each piece of dough starting at the long end.
  7. Place 8 rolls in the bottom of the loaf pan, then add the remaining 8 rolls on top.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes.
  9. Remove from the pan while hot.
  10. Top the loaf with broken nuts.
  11. Drizzle topping onto the loaf before serving.
