Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 can apple or cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide the batter evenly into 2 loaf pans.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
