Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 bottle liquid hickory smoke
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  2. Add the liquid hickory smoke, Worcestershire sauce, ground pepper, salt, and brown sugar.
  3. Stir over low flame until well mixed.
  4. Use to baste meat on the grill.
