Pecan Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 10 buns

Instructions

  1. Mix 1 tablespoon of butter, Worcestershire sauce and lemon pepper.
  2. Heat until butter melts.
  3. Add pecans and remove from heat.
  4. Stir pecans into sauce until the sauce is absorbed.
  5. Mix pecans with hamburger.
  6. Shape into 10 patties.
  7. Broil or grill burgers.
  8. Sprinkle cheese on top of patty when almost done.
  9. Serve on heated bun.
