Pecan Puffets *
Ingredients
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add egg and vanilla.
- Sift flour and cream of tartar together.
- Add 1/4 cup at a time to creamed mixture.
- Add nuts.
- Shape into one large roll or two small ones. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake on ungreased baking sheets at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.
