Ingredients

  • 1 loaf frozen bread (Rhodes brand or frozen sweet bread)
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Thaw the loaf of bread.
  2. In a 9 x 13 inch pan, melt 2 tablespoons of oleo, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, and corn syrup.
  3. Roll out the bread dough to 12 x 16 inches and spread with 2 tablespoons of oleo.
  4. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts over the dough.
  5. Roll up from the long side like a jelly roll, then slice into 12 pieces.
  6. Place the slices in the prepared pan.
  7. Bake at 360°F (182°C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
