  • 1 stick butter
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and toss the pecans to coat evenly.
  3. Sprinkle salt to taste over the pecans and mix well.
  4. Spread the pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the oven for 3 to 4 hours.
  6. Turn the pecans every 30 minutes to ensure even roasting.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
