Ingredients

  • 3 cans whole kernel corn
  • 2 8-oz. packages cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large jar pimentos
  • 1 large can green chiles

Instructions

  1. Microwave the cream cheese, butter, and milk until melted and smooth.
  2. Drain the canned corn, pimentos, and green chiles.
  3. Mix the drained ingredients into the cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes until bubbly and heated through.
