Ingredients

  • 8 pork chops about 3/4-inch thick
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Brown the pork chops in salad oil.
  2. Add sliced onion, barbecue sauce, and water to the skillet.
  3. Simmer, covered, until the chops are tender, about 45 minutes.
  4. Remove chops to a serving platter.
  5. Spoon drippings over the chops and keep them warm before serving.
