Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 oz can tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp minced onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp crushed Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
  2. Add tomato paste, minced onion, salt, Italian seasoning, and pepper; blend well.
  3. Separate the crescent rolls into 8 triangles.
  4. Press the rolls into an ungreased 9-inch pie pan, forming a crust and pressing the pieces together.
  5. Spread the cooked meat mixture over the crust.
  6. Top with slices of mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
