Pepper Bread Sticks

Crispy, cheesy pepper bread sticks featuring seasoned butter, perfect as a snack or appetizer for parties, game days, or casual gatherings with a flavorful crunch.

Ingredients

  • 6 hot dog rolls
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 3/4 to 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut hot dog rolls in half lengthwise, then cut each half into sticks.
  2. Blend softened butter with seasoned pepper and seasoned salt.
  3. Spread the butter mixture on the cut sides of the bread sticks.
  4. If desired, press grated Parmesan cheese onto the buttered sides.
  5. Place the bread sticks on a baking sheet and toast in a 450°F oven for about 8 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot.
