Ingredients

  • 1 can biscuits
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup American cheese
  • 1 jar pizza sauce
  • 1/2 package pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced olives
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spread biscuit dough onto a greased pizza pan.
  3. Spread half a jar of pizza sauce over the dough.
  4. Combine mozzarella, cheddar, and American cheeses and spread over the sauce.
  5. Layer pepperoni, diced onion, and diced olives on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the crust is light brown.
