Ingredients
Instructions
- Butter a 9 x 10-inch pan.
- Cover bottom of pan with jalapeno peppers.
- Cover top of peppers with Cheddar cheese.
- Top with Colby cheese.
- Beat eggs and add milk.
- Pour over top of cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Let cool slightly and cut into squares.
- Serve with Triscuits or crackers of choice.
