Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef cubes
  • 1 lb. pork cubes
  • 1 lb. pig tails
  • 1 lb. fresh neck bones
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 bunch spring/green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. McCormick steak seasoning or beef flavor seasoning
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean all meats; cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place meats in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add chopped garlic clove, salt, pepper, thyme, finely chopped spring/green onions, and the whole hot pepper.
  4. Add 1/2 cup of water.
  5. Mix well and let stand for 1 hour to marinate.
