Ingredients

  • 1 lb stir fry beef
  • 1 la choy soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp crush red peppers
  • 2 jalapeno peppers

Instructions

  1. cut beef in about 2" pieces and put in skillet
  2. slice up jalapenos and add to beef
  3. add your crush red peppers to the meat
  4. now add enough soy sauce on all meat to cover it
  5. cook on a med heat setting.
  6. this takes about 20 min on stove so flip your meat pieces around 10 minutes.
  7. cook meet to however well u like it ( just be cautious if u cook to long pieces will become hard and not taste as good.
  8. serve over rice( I use jasmine white rice)
  9. u can also add whatever other veggies you would want
