pepper steak with soy
Ingredients
Instructions
- cut beef in about 2" pieces and put in skillet
- slice up jalapenos and add to beef
- add your crush red peppers to the meat
- now add enough soy sauce on all meat to cover it
- cook on a med heat setting.
- this takes about 20 min on stove so flip your meat pieces around 10 minutes.
- cook meet to however well u like it ( just be cautious if u cook to long pieces will become hard and not taste as good.
- serve over rice( I use jasmine white rice)
- u can also add whatever other veggies you would want
