Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • hamburger buns
  • shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon catsup

Instructions

  1. Mix sour cream, chopped green onions, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon pepper seasoning.
  2. Combine this mixture with the ground beef until well incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. Grill the patties on hot coals until cooked to desired doneness.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, and catsup to make the sauce.
  6. Serve the burgers topped with the sauce, tomato slices, onion slices, and shredded lettuce.
