Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 large deer steaks
  • 1 cup onions
  • 1 cup green peppers
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cans tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Saute the cubed deer steaks in soy sauce, garlic, and oil for at least 1 hour.
  2. Place the steaks in a skillet with onions, green peppers, and celery.
  3. Cook on high to brown the meat, then simmer with the remaining ingredients until done.
  4. Serve the peppered deer steak over rice.
