Instructions
- Combine the cooked, chopped chicken, peas, chopped onions, celery soup, and evaporated milk in a mixing bowl.
- Bring 1 stick of margarine and 2 cups of stuffing mix to a boil in a saucepan.
- Pour the melted margarine into a baking dish and stir in the stuffing mix until well coated.
- Remove 2/3 cup of the stuffing mixture and set aside for topping.
- Pour the chicken mixture into the baking dish over the stuffing.
- Spread the remaining stuffing mixture on top of the chicken mixture.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 10 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
