Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. hot roll mix
  • pepperoni, sliced thin
  • grated Provolone cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Prepare the hot roll mix according to the box instructions.
  2. Divide the dough into two parts and roll each into a rectangle.
  3. Brush both rectangles with the beaten egg.
  4. Layer thin slices of pepperoni over each rectangle.
  5. Sprinkle grated Provolone cheese on top of the pepperoni.
  6. Roll up each rectangle like a jelly roll.
  7. Bake the loaves at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
