Ingredients

  • 12 oz. tri-color twist pasta
  • 16 oz. frozen carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli combo
  • 8 oz. picante sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta to desired doneness.
  2. Drain and allow to cool.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the picante sauce, mayonnaise, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper thoroughly.
  4. Toss the cooled pasta and thawed vegetables into the sauce mixture until evenly coated.
  5. If making ahead of time, moisten with a little extra mayonnaise just before serving.
