Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. cooked turkey, cubed
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 32 slices pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a glass baking dish and set aside.
  2. Place cooked turkey in the casserole dish.
  3. Set Swiss cheese slices on top of the turkey.
  4. Layer pepperoni slices over the cheese.
  5. Top with stuffing.
  6. Microwave on High for 6 minutes, turning at 3 minutes.
  7. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
