Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding (3 1/2 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 oz. German chocolate, grated
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup coconut, flaked

Instructions

  1. Mix the cake mix, vanilla pudding, oil, and water with an electric mixer until well combined.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  3. Stir in sour cream, semi-sweet chocolate chips, chopped pecans, grated German chocolate, and flaked coconut.
  4. Pour the batter into a well-greased Bundt or tube pan.
  5. Bake at 300°F for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
