Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/3 cup coconut
  • 4 cups corn flakes

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff; add salt and sugar.
  2. Beat until shiny.
  3. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  4. Drop from a teaspoon or tablespoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake in 350°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
