Personal pizzas made on English muffins with cheesy toppings and pepperoni, perfect for quick snacks or fun family meals with bold flavors and crispy edges.

Ingredients

  • 4 English muffins
  • 1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 16 slices pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Split open English muffins and place on a cookie sheet so they are not touching.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the tomato sauce and Italian seasoning.
  4. Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of sauce evenly on each muffin.
  5. Place 2 slices of pepperoni on each muffin.
  6. Top with grated mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese as desired.
  7. Bake until cheese melts, about 15 to 20 minutes.
