Ingredients

  • 3 English muffins
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup prepared pesto
  • 2 tablespoons grated Romano or Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Bake muffin halves in a preheated 350°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until crisp and golden brown.
  2. Rub the cut side of a garlic clove on each muffin half.
  3. Combine pesto and grated Romano or Parmesan cheese, then spread on the muffin halves.
  4. Cut each muffin into quarters and serve as dippers.
