Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as noted: shred the cheese, dice the tomatoes and onion, cut lettuce into salad-sized pieces, and heat the chili.
- In each serving bowl, layer the ingredients starting with two handfuls of Fritos at the bottom.
- Add one handful of shredded cheese on top of the Fritos.
- Pour four tablespoons of heated Hormel chili over the cheese.
- Add one handful of lettuce on top of the chili.
- Sprinkle 1 1/2 tablespoons of diced tomatoes over the lettuce.
- Add 1 tablespoon of diced onions.
- Top with 2 teaspoons of sour cream.
- Serve as a layered salad or mix everything together and enjoy.
