A quick and savory broccoli spaghetti dish featuring garlic, Parmesan, and melted butter, perfect for a comforting weeknight meal or a simple family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. spaghetti pasta
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring 1 quart of water with salt to a boil.
  2. Add spaghetti and immediately add broccoli cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Cook until the spaghetti and broccoli are done, then drain in a colander.
  4. Transfer the drained mixture into a large bowl.
  5. Melt butter with garlic cloves in the microwave; pour over the spaghetti-broccoli mixture.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the dish.
  8. Toss slightly and serve immediately.
