Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess grease.
  2. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, black pepper, and water to the skillet.
  3. Stir in diced potatoes (or green beans as a substitute).
  4. Cook on low heat until potatoes are tender and flavors meld.
