Ingredients

  • 2 qt. white vinegar
  • 2 qt. water
  • 8 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. whole pickling spice

Instructions

  1. Heat water, vinegar, salt, and pickling spice until simmering.
  2. Pack asparagus into quart jars with garlic, fresh dill, and spices.
  3. Pour hot pickling solution over the packed jars.
  4. Seal the jars and process in a hot water bath for 5 minutes.
