Ingredients

  • 1 whole breadfruit
  • 1 limes
  • salt to taste
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 sweet pepper finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper small Hot, finely chipped
  • hot sauce Optional
  • water or Stock for pi

Instructions

  1. Peel, core and cube breadfruit
  2. Boil in salted water
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl
  4. Pour over hot cubes of Breadfruit and mix well
