Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinned chicken breasts
  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 pkg. broccoli florets
  • 1 can mixed vegetables

Instructions

  1. Cook and dice the chicken breasts.
  2. Cook and drain the vegetables.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls and cut each into smaller sections if desired.
  4. Distribute the cooked chicken, broccoli, mixed vegetables, and mozzarella cheese onto the crescent roll sections.
  5. Fold or roll the crescent dough over the filling to form pockets and seal the edges.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
