Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. butter flavored cake mix
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can Mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Grease 3 (9-inch) layer cake pans and set aside.
  2. Prepare the cake mix as directed on the package, using oil, eggs, and the juice drained from the Mandarin oranges.
  3. Stir in the Mandarin oranges and chopped walnuts.
  4. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pans.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F for 25 minutes or until done.
  6. Cool the cakes, then remove from pans and let cool completely.
