Instructions
- Dip Brie in lightly scrambled egg, then in bread crumbs.
- Saute Brie in olive oil until golden brown.
- Place on serving plate.
- Remove oil from pan and wipe out with paper towel.

- Cook pine nuts over medium heat until golden brown.
- Pour toasted pine nuts over Brie and serve with crackers on French bread.
