- Combine drained crushed pineapple, 1/4 cup softened butter, 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, and sugar in a small bowl, mixing well.
- Spoon the pineapple mixture evenly into 24 greased muffin cups.
- Roll out Basic Angel Rolls dough to 1/2-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the dough with a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter into circles.
- Place one dough circle over each pineapple mixture in the muffin cups.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 17 to 19 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes.
