Ingredients

  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (15 1/4 oz.)
  • Basic Angel Rolls dough
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine drained crushed pineapple, 1/4 cup softened butter, 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, and sugar in a small bowl, mixing well.
  2. Spoon the pineapple mixture evenly into 24 greased muffin cups.
  3. Roll out Basic Angel Rolls dough to 1/2-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Cut the dough with a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter into circles.
  5. Place one dough circle over each pineapple mixture in the muffin cups.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 17 to 19 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
  7. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes.
  8. Invert the rolls onto a serving platter and serve warm.
