Ingredients

  • 5 medium apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and butter a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced apples, crushed pineapple, cornstarch, salt, and cinnamon. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the fruit mixture into the prepared buttered baking dish.
