Ingredients

  • 2 c. pineapple chunks
  • 2 cored apples
  • pineapple juice
  • honey to taste

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine pineapple chunks and cored apples with just enough pineapple juice to blend into a thick butter.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Remove from blender and stir in honey to taste.
  4. Transfer to a covered dish and store in the refrigerator.
