Ingredients

  • 6 oz. lime Jell-O
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 c. Pet milk
  • 1/4 c. celery, chopped
  • green food coloring
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. salad dressing
  • nutmeats

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lime Jell-O in hot water.
  2. Add Pet milk and mix until the Jell-O is fully dissolved.
  3. Stir in chopped celery, a few drops of green food coloring, cottage cheese, crushed pineapple, salad dressing, and nutmeats.
  4. Pour the mixture into a bowl or mold and let it set.
  5. Once partially set, mix again to incorporate ingredients evenly before fully setting.
