Pineapple-Date Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. pineapple liquid
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) diced dates (sugar coated)
  • 1 c. whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese and sugar.
  2. Add pineapple liquid and cream together.
  3. Add pineapple, nuts and dates.
  4. Mix together.
  5. Whip cream and fold into mixture.
  6. Freeze in 8 x 8-inch pan.
  7. Serve frozen.
