Ingredients

  • 1 can drained crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 slices cubed bread

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter and sugar together.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating by hand after each addition.
  3. Mix in the bread cubes and drained crushed pineapple.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
