Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 2 graham cracker crusts

Instructions

  1. Mix lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl.
  2. Add Cool Whip and crushed pineapple to the mixture and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into two graham cracker crusts.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator until the pie is set and firm.
