Ingredients

  • 1 can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 (3 oz.) package lemon Jell-O
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Use juice from the drained pineapple, add enough water to make 1 1/2 cups, bring to a boil, and add the lemon Jell-O and salt.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the crushed pineapple, cream cheese, chopped celery, and chopped nuts.
  3. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set.
