  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 3 medium ripe bananas, frozen

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If the blender stalls, stir the ingredients and/or add a little more juice before continuing blending.
  3. Serve immediately.
