Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. pecans, chopped
  • dash of garlic powder
  • dash of chives
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, drained crushed pineapple, chopped pecans, garlic powder, chives, and salt.
  2. Place the mixture into fresh pineapple halves.
  3. Refrigerate overnight to let flavors meld.
  4. Serve chilled with crackers.
