Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed or broken pretzels
  • 1 stick of butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 20 oz. crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Mix melted butter and sugar, then stir in pretzels.
  2. Spread the pretzel mixture onto a pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the drained crushed pineapple to the cream cheese mixture and fold in Cool Whip.
  5. Allow the pretzel crust to cool, then spread the pineapple mixture on top before serving.
