Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 3 tsp. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Drain the juice from the crushed pineapple and add it to the beaten egg, sugar, and flour.
  2. Cook the mixture until it thickens.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool.
  4. Add the crushed pineapple and mayonnaise to the cooled mixture and stir well.
