Instructions
- Combine Pineapple Juice, Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice in a large mixing bowl.
- Add Scallops and Pineapple Rings; toss to coat. Marinate, covered, in a refrigerator for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Preheat broiler.
- Remove Scallops and Pineapple Rings from the marinade, discard the marinade.
