Tips & Substitutions

For a spicier kick, increase the red pepper flakes or add a splash of sriracha to the sauce. You can substitute the peanut butter with almond butter if preferred, and feel free to mix in other vegetables like snap peas or broccoli for added nutrition. If you don’t have fresh ginger, use ground ginger, but reduce the amount to about 1/4 teaspoon.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the Three Pepper Shrimp over a bed of linguine and garnish with chopped scallions for a fresh touch. This dish pairs beautifully with a light salad, such as Cletah'S Oriental Salad, or some steamed vegetables for a balanced meal. A chilled white wine, like Sauvignon Blanc, complements the flavors well.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, add a splash of chicken broth or water to prevent drying out and warm it gently in a skillet over medium heat until heated through. Avoid using the microwave as it can make the shrimp tough.
