Pineapple Shaker Snack

Ingredients

  • 2 c. low-fat milk
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (6 serving size)
  • 1 1/2 c. canned crushed pineapple with juice

Instructions

  1. Pour milk into a leakproof 1 1/2-quart container.
  2. Add pudding mix and crushed pineapple.
  3. Cover tightly; shake vigorously for at least 45 seconds.
  4. Pour at once into dessert dishes.
  5. Pudding will be soft-set and ready to eat in 5 minutes.
  6. Top with Cool Whip topping.
  7. Makes 6 servings or 3 cups.
