Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. salad dressing
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 16 oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Blend softened cream cheese, salad dressing, sugar, cranberry sauce, pineapple with juice, and chopped pecans until smooth.
  2. Mix well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip gently until evenly incorporated.
  4. Place paper baking cups in muffin pans.
  5. Fill each cup with the salad mixture.
  6. Freeze until firm, about 4-6 hours or overnight.
  7. Remove from muffin pans and store in plastic bags or freezer containers.
  8. Serve frozen or very slightly thawed.
